Forklift / Powered Industrial Truck Operator Safety Training OSHA Regulation / Standard 1910.178

John Costa & Associates provide on-site training that complies with the OSHA 1910.178 standard for Powered Industrial Trucks, and meets your specific needs.

Our forklift classes are designed around your companies operations and the type of forklift(s) that your employees use. Classes are available for any size company large or small; and the training will be preformed at your location. For companies that only need a single or a couple of operator(s) qualified we can add them to a general forklift class. Then we will conduct the driving and site specific training at your location to comply with the OSHA standard and ensure your operator(s) are properly trained.

We also provide Train-the-Trainer Forklift Safety courses for those companies that prefer to do their own in-house classes.

We have courses on all types of forklifts including, sit down rider, pallet jacks, walkie riders, construction, order picker, and narrow isle. We also provide fall protection training when required.

Record keeping is a must when conducting training for your employees. After a course is completed John Costa & Associates will send you the necessary paperwork to add to your qualified forklift operator’s records.
